DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CyrusOne Inc. (NASDAQ: CONE), a premier global data center REIT, today announced that CyrusOne’s Board of Directors has elected Bruce W. Duncan as President & Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 6, 2020. Mr. Duncan succeeds Tesh Durvasula, who has served as CyrusOne’s interim President & Chief Executive Officer since February 20, 2020. Mr. Durvasula will work with Mr. Duncan to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

He currently serves as Chair of the Board of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. and serves on the Boards of Marriott International Inc. and Boston Properties, Inc.
