Braviant Holdings Named a Best Place to Work in Financial Technology for Second Consecutive Year

Braviant Ranked 31st Among 49 Nationwide Companies Included on the 2020 List

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--#fintech--Braviant Holdings, a leading provider of tech-enabled credit products and services for underbanked consumers, has been named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Financial Technology for the second consecutive year by Arizent (formerly SourceMedia) and Best Companies Group. Arizent brands include American Banker, National Mortgage News, PaymentsSource, Financial Planning and Digital Insurance.

This annual awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the financial technology industry. To be considered for participation, companies must provide technology products, services or solutions that enable the delivery of financial services. This year’s list highlights companies that operate across a wide range of financial services including banking and mortgages, nonbank lending, insurance, payments and financial advisory.

“We are incredibly excited to be recognized again as one of the best places to work in fintech,” said Braviant CEO Stephanie Klein. “Over 50 million adults in the U.S. are underbanked and lack access to mainstream credit products. The important work we are doing at Braviant to break down credit barriers and create a Path to Prime for people with less than perfect credit would not be possible without our amazing team.”

Companies included on this year’s list underwent a rigorous two-part evaluation process. First, each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics were assessed. Next, an employee survey measured the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

“The competition for talent in technology is intense and companies named to Arizent’s Best Places to Work in Financial Technology are setting the standard in terms of cultures that help people thrive,” said Richard Melville, Group Editorial Director at Arizent.
