“The launch of our new Bacon Truffle Angus Burger connects back to our dedication to introducing bold, craveable and unexpected flavors to our menu in interesting ways. Truffle is traditionally viewed as a rare indulgence, and we’re bringing it to the everyday dining experience by infusing the distinct truffle flavor into an entirely new offering for our burger-loving customers,” said Owen Klein, Vice President, Culinary Innovation, CKE Restaurants. “During the testing phase, Carl’s Jr. Bacon Truffle Angus Burger outperformed all benchmarks, including taste, uniqueness and quality– and we’re thrilled to add the elegant taste of truffle to the menu.”
Bacon Truffle Cheese Fries will also be introduced for a limited time. The new Bacon Truffle Fries are made of crispy, natural-cut French fries, covered in truffle-infused white cheddar sauce and are finished with Applewood-smoked bacon pieces, delivering the ultimate in luxury snacking.
