Daytona Valued at $1 Billion With $60 Million Round

SAN FRANCISCO — Daytona has raised a $60 million Series B round at a $1 billion valuation, led by FirstMark Growth, bringing the company’s total funding to $91 million.

Daytona operates an Agent Execution Cloud. Daytona is the only provider with Linux, Windows, macOS, and GPU sandboxes on one platform. An agent can optimize a CUDA kernel, test a native Mac app, drive a Windows desktop, or work in 3D CAD software without ever leaving Daytona.o

Investors in the round include: Patrick Collison (Stripe), Tobi Lütke (Shopify), Aravind Srinivas (Perplexity), Eric Yuan (Zoom), Olivier Pomel (Datadog), Adam D’Angelo (Quora), and Brendan Foody (Mercor). Qualcomm Ventures, Samsung Next, and Okta Ventures joined as strategic investors, with participation from new and existing investors.

“We believe the next infrastructure shift is from human-centric cloud primitives to agent-native ones. Daytona’s breakthrough is making ‘a computer for every agent’ practical: instant startup, persistent state, and the tooling agents need to write code, use Git, and execute safely at scale. That’s a foundational building block for the agentic economy.” — Matt Turck, Partner, FirstMark

“AI agents need secure environments to run code, call tools, browse the web and learn through reinforcement learning. We believe Daytona’s platform gives each agent its own environment to do all of it at scale. What started as an agent sandbox is now a full platform for running agents in production. We’re glad to invest in Daytona as they build critical infrastructure for the agentic era.” – Quinn Li, Senior Vice President, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., and Global Head of Qualcomm Ventures
