MILPITAS — PermitFlow has landed a $31 million Series A round led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Felicis, Altos Ventures, Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, and leading ConTech, workflow software, and AI angel investors.
PermitFlow’s mission is to transform the way construction projects transition from concept to reality, starting with the permitting process. In the face of housing shortages, crumbling infrastructure, and rising costs, construction needs to become more affordable and accessible. PermitFlow wants to catalyze that change.
Permit’s software is meant for developers, builders, contractors, and more. PermitFlow handles the permit preparation, submission, and tracking nationwide — across all municipalities that you’re building in.
The company plans to invest in its software with the new funding.
