Meta Reports 24% Increase in Revenues

MENLO PARK – Meta Platforms, Inc. reported financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The company operates popular social media networks Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

For the fourth quarter ending December 31, Meta reported $59.893 billion in revenues, a 24% increase from a year ago, and net income of $22.768 billion, up 9% from 2024.

The company reported that 3.58 billion people on average used one of its three sites in December 2025, an increase of 7% year-over-year.

For all of 2025, Meta broke $200 billion in revenues, a 22% increase.

Costs and expenses in 2025 were up 40% due to growth in spending on data centers and a focus on AI investments.
