Wei yesterday to <a href="https://x.com/RapidResponse47/status/1896648385542963549">announce</a> a historic $100 billion investment by TSMC in its Arizona-based semiconductor chips manufacturing operation — the largest foreign direct investment in U.S. history.</p>
