<p>Investment bank Evercore has hired Tammy Kiely as a senior managing director in the technology investment banking practice, focusing primarily on the semiconductor sector.</p>
<p>Previously, Ms. Kiely was at Goldman Sachs for almost 25 years, where she most recently was partner and co-head of technology investment banking. She held a variety of roles at Goldman Sachs, including global head of the semiconductor and autotech investment banking practice and co-head of TMT investment banking services.</p>
<p>Naveen Nataraj, co-head of U.S. Investment Banking, said, “As we continue to invest in our technology practice and deepen our Silicon Valley presence, we are thrilled to welcome Tammy as a senior leader of our team. Her deep relationships, extensive experience and visionary perspectives, particularly around semiconductors, will be invaluable to the strength of our business and service to clients.”</p>
<p>Ms. Kiely, who is based in the firm’s Menlo Park office, said, “I am incredibly excited to continue my career serving technology clients on the Evercore platform. I have known the Evercore team in various capacities for many years and have always been impressed with their client centricity and commitment to excellence.”</p>
<p>Ms. Kiely holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller scholar, and a B.S. in business administration and accounting from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She is president of the board of trustees for the San Jose Museum of Art and also serves on Junipero Serra High School’s advisory board of regents.</p>
