<p>Veteran actor Kevin Bacon has joined Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, a sequel to the Beverly Hills Cop action films. The movie will air on Netflix.</p>
<p>Bacon has starred in numerous films including Footloose, Sleepers, Apollo 13, A Few Good Men, JFK and Mystic River.</p>
<p>Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser and Bronson Pinchot have joined the cast of Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, reuniting with Eddie Murphy after first starring together in Beverly Hills Cop in 1984. There have been three additional movies in the series.</p>
<p>The new Beverly Hills Cop film is now under production and Bacon joins the original Beverly Hills Cop cast.</p>
<p>Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Taylour Paige will also be in the movie. </p>
<p>Producers include Jerry Bruckheimer, Chad Oman for Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Eddie Murphy.</p>
<p>Netflix hasn&#8217;t released a date for the movie but will likely be sometime in 2023.</p>
