SignalPath Expands Leadership Team with Key Hire to Lead Finance

RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SignalPath today announced that Daniel Janick has joined SignalPath as Senior Vice President of Finance, to support the explosive growth of the SignalPath platform across both its site and sponsor client segments.

“I am encouraged to see the continued adoption of our site-facing CTMS platform across a broad spectrum of sites, health systems, and academic medical centers over the last several months,” says Dr. Brad Hirsch, Chief Executive Officer at SignalPath. “Now that we are beginning to see similar excitement with our sponsor-facing tools, it became clear that we needed to augment our leadership team with someone with deep strategic finance expertise.”

Dan brings to SignalPath a 30-year track record of successfully building enterprise value and driving execution for tech-enabled businesses as a C-suite leader, board member, investor, and financial advisor. Most recently, Dan served for eight years as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Academic Analytics where he helped lead the technology company’s transition from early stage to sustainable growth and profitability. Dan also has extensive experience in private equity and investment banking where he has spent his career doing strategic investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

“SignalPath’s vision for bringing innovative technology solutions to the clinical research market could not be more relevant given the challenges of the current global pandemic,” says Dan Janick. “I’m excited to join SignalPath’s dynamic leadership team and be part of the company’s next phase of aggressive growth.”
