A prestigious new award program recognizes ITSM trailblazers and champions
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pink Elephant is pleased to announce the first inductees to the newly established IT Service Management Hall of Fame. The new award program was created to recognize individuals who have significantly contributed to, profoundly influenced, and made a long-standing commitment to the IT service management (ITSM) industry. The inductees were announced at Pink20 – the 24th Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition.
“For over 30 years, we have seen IT service management evolve to where we are today – mainly through ITIL, the most widely referenced body of knowledge for developing and managing IT services,” said Pink Elephant President David Ratcliffe. “During this time, a few unique individuals have become true trailblazers promoting the use of good practices either within their organizations or to the wider global audience. We have had a front row seat in viewing these individuals and today we honor three who have the prestigious distinction of representing the highest levels of inspiring leadership and success.”
The first three IT service management trailblazers to be inducted into the ITSM Hall of Fame are:
Brian Johnson – Chief Architect at the ASL/BISL Foundation

Currently with the forum, Brian helps provide guidance on business information management to a wide range of public and private sector businesses.
