SAUSALITO, CA — Alan Armstrong, Managing Director of Sienna Ventures, has announced that the firm has launched a new $100 million venture fund.
The $100 million fund was created to invest in mid-sized capital efficient companies.
“We are currently targeting companies with a minimum revenue of $10 million in the following areas: software, medical technology, wireless communications, Internet infrastructure, cloud computing, ecommerce and networking,” Armstrong said.
“We have had a lot of success investing in growing companies, and after multiple successful exits from our investments, we are now aggressively seeking new investment opportunities,” said Chris Lancey, Managing Director of Sienna Ventures.
Sienna has funded over 50 businesses.
