Rippling has raised its Series A investment round of $45 million, led by partner Mamoon Hamid from Kleiner Perkins, with participation from existing investors Initialized Capital, Threshold Ventures (formerly DFJ Venture), Y Combinator, and others.
Based in San Francisco, Rippling develops an employee on boarding system that spans both Human Resources and the Information Technology department. The service integrates across the company to help reduce administrative work.
