Payments Industry Veteran Holly Caliri Joins Xformative as Director of Payment Product Solutions

Company positions for growth with long-time advisor tapped to drive revenue generation and build relationships

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Xformative today announced that payments veteran Holly Caliri has joined the team as director of payment product solutions, reporting directly to CEO Brad Bialas. The hire builds on the company’s recent momentum of being selected as one of 11 startups for the Mastercard Start Path program, which brings a global pool of innovators together to build the future of commerce.

Caliri’s 20-plus year career includes senior leadership at brands such as Alegeus, Bank of America and Citizens Bank. Most recently, she consulted with Xformative, and will now drive the company’s revenue generation by collaborating with clients to devise innovative solutions matching their use case with Xformative’s capabilities and developing strategic partnerships with principal member-banks to support these solutions.

“I’ve been designing and building high-value payment solutions and implementing complex technology-driven projects throughout my career, and I’m thrilled to join Xformative during this exciting time of industry transformation and growth,” said Caliri. “My plan is to fatten Xformative’s pipeline by devising solutions and strategic partnerships that bring the client everything they need and nothing they don’t.”

“Holly’s reputation for being resourceful and unconventional in driving success in payments and financial services makes her an ideal match for our business,” said Brad Bialas, CEO of Xformative. “We believe her strategic leadership skills and strong tactical execution will propel our cloud-native solution as the easy and nimble preferred payments partner for financial institutions.”

Some of Caliri’s career highlights include:

  • Building a card solutions function from the ground up and leading to launch and manage a variety of payment program types, strategic relationships with networks, partner banks, and vendors, and issuing three to five million personalized cards annually with exceptional turnaround and quality standards across hundreds of custom card programs; and
  • Improving client experience, operational efficiency, and reducing risk by providing subject matter expertise on many payments-related areas, including authorization/settlement, merchants/processors, chargebacks, and fraud.
