Director of Content Marketing:
Rimsys is bringing regulatory order to the medical device industry. Our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) software digitizes and automates regulatory activities, helping MedTech companies establish and secure global compliance and bring life-saving products to market more quickly. Rimsys is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA ( position can be in-office or remote ) and is growing rapidly with an expanding list of large enterprise customers.
We’re seeking a Director of Content Marketing to establish and lead a world-class content and editorial program that engages, educates, and inspires regulatory, quality, and IT professionals in the MedTech industry. This is a unique role that blends research and analysis with editorial and curation strategy and brand storytelling. 
You’ll dive deep into regulatory details to surface information that’s highly valuable to our customers and present it across a variety of different formats and media. You’ll create compelling thought leadership that drives awareness and interest in our company, and you’ll help to scale our inbound lead generation.
What you’ll do:

Drive the content marketing strategy for the company working closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
Establish editorial guidelines for our brand and communications
Build and manage a process for the creation and curation of content across a variety of internal and external sources.
Create and maintain an editorial calendar and content pipeline for a regular publishing cadence of blog posts, articles, ebooks, videos, and more.
Work with digital and demand generation teams to produce SEO-driven posts that improve the visibility and authority of our digital properties.
Grow followers and engagement across Rimsys’ organic social channels including LinkedIn and Twitter.
Measure and optimize content effectiveness based on target goals and KPIs.
Build and manage a team of content marketers, writers, and contractors

  About you:

7+ years of content marketing, research, editorial, or publishing experience with 2+ years of management experience.
A proven track record of creating compelling content that drives acquisition and growth.
A prolific writer and discerning editor with strong attention to detail.
BA/BS degree in communications, English, journalism or equivalent.
Technical knowledge of SEO strategy and tools.
Knowledge/experience of the life sciences, healthcare, or medical device industry a plus.
