DealerSocket’s PrecisePrice Debuted Key Enhancements at NADA 2020

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DealerSocket debuted significant and important innovations for its PrecisePrice digital retail solution at the 2020 NADA Show. Innovations include a new kiosk experience, text label editing capabilities, new lead verification functionality, and a new F&I menu. PrecisePrice is DealerSocket’s industry-leading digital retail solution, and was the first in the market to offer integrated desking software, allowing the solution to deliver penny-perfect pricing with rebates, incentives, and all applicable taxes and fees factored into deal calculations.


New PrecisePrice enhancements launched at NADA that offer exciting innovations in digital retail include:

In-store Kiosk: To provide customers with the same digital experience in-store that dealers offer online, DealerSocket is rolling out a new customized version of its PrecisePrice digital retail software that scales to an iPad Pro and fits within a stand-up kiosk. This enables car shoppers to use an iPad with or without a kiosk format in-store to start or continue their shopping experience, on their own or while speaking with a knowledgeable salesperson.

F&I Express Integration: PrecisePrice’s new VIN-specific F&I menu is the result of a new integration between DealerSocket and F&I Express and its Express Digital Media, which extends Precise Price’s pricing capabilities by directly connecting the product to 160 F&I product providers. The connection provides users with access to detailed product information and video content.

Lead Verification: PrecisePrice’s new lead verification enhancement solves a significant issue plaguing price-unlock features on dealer websites, where customers enter false information to access the dealership’s discounted pricing. With this new feature available and integrated as an option into PrecisePrice, car shoppers are asked to enter a valid phone number or email to receive a verification code which is then entered in the system to engage PrecisePrice and access the dealer’s special pricing. The new capability is especially useful for dealers representing brands with strict advertising guidelines.

Text Label Editing: PrecisePrice users can now edit text labels directly within the digital retail module. This is important for dealers looking to update their consumer experience based on specific dealership language and nomenclature.
