Bohannon Development Company will hold a groundbreaking ceremony next week to mark the launch of Menlo Gateway, a 16-acre mixed-use development in Menlo Park, CA that will transform a dated industrial park into a vibrant urban center.

The first phase of the project includes a 200,000-square-foot eight-story office building, an 11-story Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, outdoor event facilities, and a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot Bay Club fitness facility. Phase II will include two additional office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet.

The project is located east of Highway 101 near Marsh Rd.

The groundbreaking will be held at 100 Independence Drive in Menlo Park on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time.
