<p><strong>SAN FRANCISCO</strong> &#8212; Rasa, developer of a generative conversational AI platform, has completed a $30 million Series C funding round, co-led by StepStone Group and PayPal Ventures, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Accel, and Basis Set Ventures.</p>
